During this course you will learn the basic techniques of real-time PCR-analysis for the detection of viruses, bacteria and nematodes on potato tuber material. You will learn to carry out PCR- screening with the corresponding internal controls and gap and error analysis. The course contains a practical part and a theoretical part.
