You will learn to carry out PCR- screening with the corresponding internal controls and gap and error analysis. The course contains a practical part and a theoretical part.

- Quality aspects of PCR
- Use of robots
- Running a complete PCR-screening, by hand and robotized
- Handling samples, analyzing data and performing quality controls.
Results after completing the course
